We provide consultation to pinpoint exactly what preexisting health issues you may have and customize a meal plan to fit your dietary goals. If you lead a busy lifestyle and don’t have time to prepare the meals yourself we also provide premade meal prep thoughtfully sourced and specifically catered to your personal dietary restrictions. After consultation meal prep will start at $10 per meal
